The Daily Sentinel Bertha P. Hall Bertha P. Hall, 100, of Scottsboro, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009, at Highlands Health and Rehab.Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 25, at 2 p.m. from Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Thomas, Mr. Clayton Tuggle and Rev. Duaine Griggs officiating. Burial will follow in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Mrs. Hall is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Perline Berry of Scottsboro, Elizabeth Campbell of Scottsboro and Carolyn and Paul Headrick of Grant; grandchildren, Deborah Bailey of Huntsville, Donald Ray and Sharon Kennamer of Scottsboro, Barry Kennamer of Scottsboro, Teddy Headrick of Grant, Renee and James Owen of Hartselle and Ramona Collins of Scottsboro; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Annie Mae Wilbourn of Paint Rock; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Hall; parents, Marion and Bessie Parton; brothers, Steve, Horace, Ollie and J.C.
