• At 1:57 p.m. a report of third degree criminal trespassing and criminal surveillance in the 100 block of East Anderson Street.

• At 4 p.m. a report of harassing communications in the 2400 block of Porter Road.

Sheriff’s Dept. Reports

TUESDAY, DEC. 1

• A report of harassment on Laurel Street in Scottsboro.

• A report of harassing communications on County Road 58 in Pisgah.

• A report of burglary third degree and theft third degree on County Road 382 near Henagar. Reported taken was cash.

• A report of harassment on Hodge Street in Dutton.

• A report of theft third degree on County Road 326 in Flat Rock. Reported taken was a garbage can.
