Frances L. Harper 79, of Scottsboro passed away Thursday at a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her son Terry McMillan.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Moore and her husband Robbie of Georgia. Grandchildren Seth Wallace, Natosha Wallace, Rebecca Moore, Elizabeth Moore and Baileigh Moore. Great grandchildren Avery Wallace and Hunter Wallace. Sister in law Linda Bozarth and niece Sharon Bozarth, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family of Mrs. Harper would like to say thank you to Cloverdale Nursing Home for the special care and love they showed to her.
