Peggy Ann Erby
Peggy Ann Erby, 63, of Scottsboro, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at Huntsville Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 6, at 2 p.m. from Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Winfred Russell officiating.
Burial will follow in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Erby is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Angela Erby of Woodville; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Hoyt Painter of Mongtomery; grandchildren, Zoey Erby of Woodville, Jeffery Painter of Montgomery and Preston Painter of Montgomery; brothers and sisters-in-law, George Long of Scottsboro, David and Bobbie Long of Scottsboro, Bill Long of Guntersville, Andy Long of Scottsboro and Teddy and Glenine Long of Fyffe; sisters, Mary Lee Erby of Guntersville, Judy Eby of Grant, Wanda Long of Scottsboro and Brenda Long Blevins of Scottsboro; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Washington Long; mother, Margaret Long Best; brother, Randy Roy Long; and half-brother, Dennis Earl Long.
