James Loyd Johnson
James Loyd Johnson, better known as Loyd, 70, of Hollywood, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at Huntsville Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 30, at 12:30 p.m. from Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Kirby officiating. Burial will follow in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife of 49 years, Rachel Johnson; children, Genia and Ollie Baugh of Dutton, Brenda and Troy Bell of Huntsville, Daniel and Mary Johnson of Scottsboro, Bryan Johnson of Hollywood and Lisa and Daniel Sparkman of Scottsboro; grandchildren, Melissa Rollins of Scottsboro, Sammy Wallace of Scottsboro, Jennifer McCrary of Stevenson, Brittany Johnson of Scottboro, Joshua Sparkman of Scottsboro, Emily Johnson of Scottsboro and Holly Sparkman of Scottsboro; great-grandchildren, Robert, Kirsten, Anthony, Lilyan, Josh and Zachery; and sisters and brothers, Judy and Donald Phillips of Scottsboro, Diane and Barry Capps of Scottsboro, Edna and Bo Eakins of Fackler, Joyce Hambrick of Fackler, Bobby Johnson of Fackler and Leslie and Toni Johnson of Hollywood.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Pearl Johnson and brothers, Eugene, Howard and John.
