A Scottsboro man, currently out on bond, was arrested by city investigators Tuesday on drug charges involving a child.
Bryan Clements, 29, was charged for distribution of a controlled substance to a minor.
Sgt. Scott Matthews said Clements was allegedly providing a 10-year-old juvenile with a controlled substance.
The Jackson County Department of Human Resources assisted in the case.
Clements was arrested in March by investigators of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office following an investigation into a marijuana operation.
Clements was charged with possession of marijuana first degree after 12 marijuana plants were located inside a residence in a homemade indoor growth operation.
