Ruby Murphy
Ruby Murphy, 76, of Scottsboro, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009, at Cloverdale Manor.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 24, at 1 p.m. from Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Neal Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home.
Mrs. Murphy is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Josie Murphy of Scottsboro and Chris and Nita Murphy of Bradenton, Fla.; daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Glenn Williams of Scottsboro and Loree and Scotty Haynes of Scottsboro; grandchildren, David and Chanda Bartlett of Scottsboro, Hayden and Julie Wreyford of Suwanee, Ga., Chelly Murphy of Scottsboro, Ren Murphy of Scottsboro, Britton Haynes of Scottsboro and Jay Haynes of Scottsboro; great-grandchildren, Cole Bartlett of Scottsboro, Kerby Bartlett of Scottsboro, Chelsea Murphy of Hazel Green and Asher Wreyford of Suwanee, Ga.; one brother; several sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hulen Murphy; and parents, Cornelius and Estelle Coker.
