Okay, so October is the most boring month ever for Weird National Holidays – Just Sayin’.
As most Sentinel readers and other Jackson County community members already know by now, Friday was my last day working as a reporter for The Daily Sentinel. Next week, I will be moving to Sevierville, Tennessee, to begin working as The Mountain Press’ new sports editor. In the months leading up to the park’s construction, city council members and the mayor received several requests for such a facility, and these requests were answered.
