Funeral home owner sentenced in rape case

Rainsville Funeral Home Owner Keary Edward Chandler was sentenced to five years, which was suspended. He will serve five years probation and is required to register as a sex offender.

Chandler will have to pay fines of more than $3,500 in court fees, fines and restitution. If he does not comply, he will be ordered to serve the five years in prison.
